T9 Text Input: Dangerous Ambiguities

My phone has a wonderful feature called T9: when sending text messages, I needn’t press 2 once for “a”, twice for “b”, thrice for “c”, etc., but only once—most words are uniquely specified by the number-to-letter mapping.

Some, however, are not. Here are those that I find amusing. If you are amused by one that I haven’t listed here, please feel free to contact me.

5477 kiss lips Coincidence?
6325 meal neck Perhaps I’ve been watching too much Buffy?
7687 pour soup But watch out for splashing.
